A temporary solution is to restore Garena to the previous version. When you update Garena, previous files are stored inside the installation folder. All you have to do is to copy all the files in the restore_ directory in the main root folder but omit the following files:
UpdateEx.exe
UpdateManager.exe
VersionModule.dll
Restart Garena and League of Legends should work properly.
